Intermediate Associate – Graphic Design (Visual Content & AI)About the Role

WITHIN is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Intermediate Associate – Graphic Design to strengthen our luxury brand communication. The ideal candidate should have expertise in graphic design, photography, videography, video editing, and AI-powered creative tools to produce premium visual content across print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design brochures, catalogues, presentations, proposals, marketing collaterals, and branding materials.
- Create coffee table books, exhibition creatives, packaging, personalized stationery, and client gifting assets.
- Capture professional product, furniture, interior, and lifestyle photography.
- Plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos, reels, project walkthroughs, interviews, and social media content.
- Create motion graphics and multimedia content for marketing campaigns.
- Use AI-powered creative tools to generate concepts, enhance visuals, improve editing workflows, and increase productivity.
- Maintain brand consistency across all print, digital, and multimedia communications.




- Coordinate with print vendors for premium paper selection, finishes, and production quality.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Hands-on experience in qualified photography and videography.
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, print production, and luxury aesthetics.

Preferred Experience

Experience in the luxury furniture, interior design, architecture, hospitality, or lifestyle industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
