Mitra Power Solutions is looking for a motivated Solar Supervisor to join our growing solar energy team. The candidate will assist in supervising solar installation projects and ensuring quality and safety standards during installation and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise solar panel installation at residential and commercial sites
- Coordinate with installation technicians and project teams
- Ensure proper installation according to company standards
- Perform and supervise solar system service and maintenance
- Troubleshoot basic issues in solar PV systems
- Monitor site safety and quality control
- Provide after-installation service support to customers
- Report daily site progress to the management team
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems
- Interest in renewable energy and solar technology
- Ability to work on-site and coordinate with teams
Requirements
- Valid 2-Wheeler and 4-Wheeler Driving Licence required
- Ability to travel to project sites when required
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Training
- Training will be provided for solar installation, supervision, and service procedures.

- Basic understanding of solar PV systems

- Willingness to travel to project sites if required
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
