Job Role: Site Manager – Conveyor Systems for Auto Industry

Location: At Various sites in India & abroad

Reporting to: Project Manager

Salary: Inline with experience & skill level

Qualifications & Experience

- Qualification: DME / B.E in Mechanical / Production Engineering
- Experience: DME with 12 to 20 years (or) B.E with 10 to 15 Years in Mechanical / Production Engineering.

Job Responsibilities

- Should be conversant with all types of Unit material handling equipment like all types of conveyors are floor-mounted as well as overhead-mounted (skid conveyor, slat conveyor, Roller Chain, Belt, monorail, power & free, etc.).
- Should be able to handle big project sites (duration of 6 to 1 year).
- Should be able to lead the team of mechanical & electrical site engineers.
- Direct customer interaction regarding the project-related issues.
- Should be able to resolve any issues related to the Site.




- Follow-up with customer for payment and collection of the same.
- Should be able to handle the site independently without any intervention of top management.
- Labour Contract Management at Site during site Installation & Commissioning.
- Should be able to do Project Planning (Macro / Micro) for project and meet the targets as decided.
- Should be able to prepare project schedules in MS projects.
- Should be able to execute the projects within the budget and be able to Optimize the cost.
- Should be ready to relocate to any site as per the situation.
- Responsible for Quality of execution of projects / customer satisfaction.
