About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Manager – ADAS to lead the development of advanced driver assistance systems, including camera- and radar-based safety solutions. The role involves end-to-end ownership of embedded product development, from concept to production, while working closely with leading automotive OEMs.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive the complete product development lifecycle in line with APQP processes.
- Define and lead system architecture for ADAS solutions (camera-based DMS and 77 GHz radar systems).




- Lead cross-functional development across:
- Embedded Firmware (Embedded C, Linux)
- Hardware & Electronics Design
- Mechanical Design
- Application & Algorithm Development

- Develop and deliver solutions such as:

- Driver Monitoring System (DMS)
- Proximity Warning System
- Moving Off Information System (MOIS)
- Blind Spot Detection (BSD)

- Ensure compliance with AIS standards and DGMS guidelines.
- Drive technical problem-solving, debugging, and root cause analysis.
- Act as a key customer interface for requirement discussions, technical reviews, and delivery alignment.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing engineering team.
- Manage risks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects.

Key Projects Exposure (Good to Have)

- Camera-based driver monitoring systems using image processing.
- Radar-based ADAS systems (77 GHz).
- Multi-ECU architecture and distributed embedded systems.
- Experience in automation or defense-related projects (collaboration with organizations like DRDO is a plus).

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or related field.
- Strong experience in Embedded Systems (8/16/32-bit microcontrollers).
- Proficiency in Embedded C and Linux-based systems.
- Hands-on experience in ADAS systems (camera/radar-based).
- Robust understanding of automotive standards (AIS, APQP).
- Experience in system architecture and product ownership.
- Excellent debugging and analytical skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with KEA microcontrollers or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of sensor fusion and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, etc.).
- Exposure to functional safety standards (ISO 26262).
