About Us

SunRays Cleaning Company provides professional solar panel cleaning and preventive maintenance services for residential, commercial, and industrial solar power systems. Our goal is to improve solar panel efficiency, increase energy generation, and extend the life of solar installations.

Key Responsibilities

Clean rooftop and ground-mounted solar panels using approved tools and safe methods.

Remove dust, bird droppings, leaves, and other debris from solar panels.

Perform routine visual inspections of panels, mounting structures, cables, and connectors.

Report damaged panels, loose wiring, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Follow company safety procedures while working at heights and customer sites.

Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper use of tools.

Record completed work, capture before-and-after photos, and submit daily service reports.

Provide courteous and professional customer service.

Eligibility

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (ITI/Diploma preferred)

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)





Must have an Android smartphone.

Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and at heights.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of solar panels and maintenance.

Good communication and teamwork.

Punctual, disciplined, and customer-focused.

Ability to follow safety instructions and company SOPs.

Salary & Advantages

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
