MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage in both telecalling and field sales to promote and sell company products/services
- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, field visits, and follow-ups
- Explain product features, pricing, and advantages clearly to prospective clients
- Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships
- Meet sales targets and generate regular reports on field activity and telecalling outcomes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales closures
