Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Property Consultant to assist buyers, sellers, and investors in residential and commercial property transactions. The role involves property advisory, client relationship management, market analysis, and end-to-end deal closure while maintaining high ethical and qualified standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and marketing efforts.




- Conduct property showings and coordinate site visits with potential buyers/tenants.
- Inspect properties to assess condition, verify details, and ensure accurate representation to clients.
- Identify maintenance issues, structural concerns, or discrepancies during property inspections and communicate them clearly to clients.
- Negotiate and finalize property deals.
- Maintain relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.
- Stay updated with local property laws, pricing trends, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with builders, developers, and channel partners/brokers.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,470.20 per month
