About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People & Talent team and gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition and HR teams to support hiring for corporate and field-based roles across multiple locations.

This role is ideal for someone who is interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources and wants to gain practical experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus hiring channels.

- Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial candidate outreach and telephonic screening.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers/ATS.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Support offer rollout and joining formalities.

- Assist in tracking recruitment metrics and hiring progress.

- Support job postings and employer branding activities.

- Assist with campus hiring drives, job fairs,



and recruitment events.

- Provide general support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Who Can Apply?

- Students pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good organizational and time-management abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously.

- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

- Familiarity with ATS or LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage but not mandatory.

- Genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR or Talent Acquisition.
