JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled PHE BIM Modeler (Plumbing & Fire) to develop detailed BIM models for water supply, drainage, and fire protection systems. The candidate will work closely with design engineers, architects, and other MEP disciplines to deliver coordinated and clash-free BIM models and construction drawings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop 3D BIM models for Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems using Revit MEP / AutoCAD Plant 3D.
- Model domestic water supply, sanitary drainage, stormwater, and fire protection systems (sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel).
- Prepare piping layouts, equipment layouts, and system schematics based on design drawings and P&IDs.;

Shop Drawings & Documentation

- Prepare shop drawings, GA drawings, and isometric drawings.
- Generate BOQ, material take-offs, and schedules from BIM models.
- Prepare as-built drawings based on site feedback and redline markups.

BIM Coordination

- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or Revit.
- Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, and Architectural teams to resolve clashes.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and update models based on consultant/client comments.

Standards & Compliance





- Ensure models comply with project specifications, local plumbing and fire codes (NBC, IPC, NFPA, BS, etc.).
- Follow BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company modeling standards.

Data & Model Management

- Maintain LOD 300 / LOD 400 BIM models.
- Ensure correct naming conventions, parameters, and shared coordinates.
- Manage families, templates, and libraries for plumbing and fire systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / MEP / Plumbing Engineering.
- Certification in Revit MEP / BIM Modeling is preferred.

REQUIRED SOFTWARE SKILLS

- Revit MEP (Mandatory)
- AutoCAD
- Navisworks (Clash detection)
- BIM 360 / ACC (Preferred)
- AutoCAD Plant 3D (Optional)

TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Plumbing system modeling (Cold water, Hot water, Drainage, Stormwater)
- Fire Fighting systems (Sprinkler, Hydrant, Hose Reel, FM200, Fire Alarm coordination)
- Pipe routing & sizing knowledge
- P&ID; understanding
- Isometric drawings
- BOQ extraction
- BIM LOD standards (300/400)

SOFT SKILLS

- Positive communication and teamwork
- Time management & ability to meet deadlines
- Coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
