We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for posting job advertisements on various job portals, sourcing and screening candidates, shortlisting qualified applicants, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Post job openings on job portals, company websites, and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through online job boards, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess qualifications, experience, and interest.
- Shortlist qualified candidates and present them to the hiring manager.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and hiring decisions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
