Job Description

- Strategy & Roadmap: Define the long-term community vision, audience segmentation, and business-aligned KPIs.
- Community Growth: Design and execute engagement strategies to scale the grassroots gaming community.
- Event Management: Plan and host impactful online and offline community events.
- Partnerships: Build strong relationships with local gaming communities and regional influencers.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage community moderators and volunteers.
- Content & Marketing: Oversee consistent brand messaging and campaigns across social platforms.
- Scalability: Create operational playbooks and frameworks for sustainable community growth.

Job Requirements

- Education:



Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Event Experience: Proven 3+ years of experience in planning, scaling, and managing multiple events simultaneously.
- Languages: Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Hindi.
- Industry Passion: Deep knowledge of video games and the Indian gaming/esports ecosystem.
- Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Discord, WhatsApp, Instagram, and project management tools.
- Data Skills: Ability to analyze community metrics and turn user feedback into actionable insights.
- Flexibility: Open to domestic travel and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced workplace.
