Job overview:

We are looking for an experienced Airfreight Pricing Executive with expertise in airfreight pricing, RFQ management, and freight forwarding operations. The role focuses on preparing competitive quotations, managing pricing activities, and coordinating with customers and internal teams to deliver timely and profitable pricing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing & Commercial Management

- Develop competitive airfreight pricing strategies to support profitability and business growth.
- Prepare accurate freight quotations based on customer requirements, carrier rates, and market conditions.
- Negotiate rates with airlines, agents, and logistics partners.
- Monitor market trends, capacity, and freight rate movements.

RFQ & GTM Management

- Manage end-to-end RFQ processes for key customers.
- Handle GTM activities while ensuring compliance with customer and company requirements.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and overseas agents to submit competitive quotations within timelines.
- Maintain and update pricing databases and quotation records

Customer Coordination

- Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, overseas partners, and internal teams.
- Support the sales team with pricing solutions and commercial inputs.
- Respond to customer queries on pricing, transit times, and services while ensuring excellent service.

Market Analysis & Reporting

- Analyze market trends, airline pricing, demand, and competitor activities.
- Prepare pricing, profitability, and MIS reports for management.
- Maintain quotation records and identify opportunities to improve pricing efficiency.

Systems & Process Improvement





- Use Microsoft Excel and logistics systems for pricing analysis and reporting.
- Ensure pricing accuracy and support process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of international airfreight pricing, airline tariffs, and freight forwarding operations.
- Experience handling GTMs and RFQs for domestic and international customers.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and logistics/pricing systems.
- Ability to manage multiple quotations, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, international trade documentation, and customs procedures is an added advantage.
