Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle inquiries, support beneficiaries, volunteers, and partners, and ensure smooth communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally
- Respond to queries from volunteers, donors, and beneficiaries
- Provide accurate information about NGO programs and initiatives
- Maintain records of interactions and feedback
- Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate when required
- Support onboarding of new volunteers and applicants
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Requirements

- Solid communication skills (Hindi & English)




- Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, Google Forms)
- Problem-solving attitude and patience
- Prior experience in customer service/support is a plus
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively

Preferred Skills

- Experience with CRM tools or helpdesk systems
- Social media handling knowledge
- Empathy and people-centric approach
