Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

THERAKids is a premier Child Development and Wellbeing Center dedicated to delivering high-quality therapies for children with developmental, behavioral, and learning challenges. We are expanding our services and seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

- Therapy Delivery:

Provide child-centered and family-focused therapy in both individual and group settings.

Use evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support children’s developmental needs.

- Assessment & Evaluation:

Conduct comprehensive assessments through family interviews, child observation, and standardized tools.

Document findings and create detailed reports to guide treatment planning.

- Treatment Planning:

Develop and implement personalized therapy plans based on assessment results and child-specific goals.

Regularly review and adjust treatment plans to track progress and address evolving needs.

- Collaborative Approach:

Work collaboratively with other professionals, including speech therapists, physiotherapists, and psychologists, to deliver holistic care.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions for integrated treatment.

- Parent & Caregiver Education:

Guide parents and caregivers in implementing therapeutic techniques at home.

Offer resources and strategies to support the child’s progress outside therapy sessions.





- Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress reviews.

Prepare reports for internal use and communicate updates with families effectively.

- Professional Development:

Attend internal and external training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Engage in peer supervision and contribute to a supportive learning environment within the team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree/diploma in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Robust foundational knowledge of therapy techniques and assessment tools.
- Proficiency in spoken English and Hindi is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and empathetic skills.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is preferred (freshers with strong potential may also apply).
