Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead the Human Resources function. The role includes building HR policies, SOPs, performance management systems, statutory compliance, employee engagement initiatives and mentoring the existing HR Executive.

Reporting Structure

Reports To: Founder & CEO

Direct Report: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

· Develop HR strategy aligned with business objectives.

· Draft HR policies, SOPs and Employee Handbook.

· Design organization structure, KPIs and KRAs.

· Supervise recruitment managed by the HR Executive.

· Implement appraisal and performance review systems.

· Oversee attendance, leave,



HRMS and payroll inputs.

· Ensure compliance with EPFO, ESIC, Labour Laws, POSH, Bonus, Gratuity and Shops & Establishments Act.

· Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

· Develop training and employee engagement initiatives.

· Manage HR documentation and MIS.

Educational Qualification

· Experience in consulting firms, compliance companies, CA/CS firms, professional services or startups preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
