Job Description

Assist and support the Talent Acquisition team with hiring needs.

Source potential candidates from various platforms, like Job Portals, and Social Media platforms.

Handling the full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through the in-house database, using job portals, and referrals.

Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and follow-up till the candidate joins.

Ensure that recruitment and selection procedures/practices meet the business needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interaction with all levels of management.

Should have knowledge of MS Office, preferably Excel.

Preferred educational background in Human Resources (MBA/ MSW).
