Job Summary:
We are hiring a agile Telecaller to support our automobile sales and service operations. The candidate will interact with customers over the phone to promote vehicles, schedule test drives, follow up on leads, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Inform customers about new vehicle models, offers, and financing options
- Generate and qualify leads for car/bike sales
- Schedule showroom visits and test drives
- Follow up with interested customers to close sales
- Handle inbound inquiries related to vehicles, pricing, and services
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM




- Take feedback from customers after purchase/service

Requirements:

- Good communication and convincing skills
- Interest or basic knowledge of automobiles (cars)
- Ability to explain features and benefits clearly
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

Experience:

- Fresher or 6 months–2 years experience in telecalling/sales
- Fixed salary + attractive incentives based on performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
