Job Title: Sales Coordinator / CRM Executive

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator / CRM Executive is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, maintaining CRM records, following up with customers, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, the sales team, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documents.

Coordinate with the field sales team regarding customer requirements and order status.

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

Follow up with customers on quotations, pending orders, and payments.

Process customer orders and coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams.

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Track sales leads and ensure timely follow-up.

Maintain proper documentation of orders, invoices, and customer communications.

Coordinate with accounts for payment follow-ups and reconciliation.





Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with the relevant departments.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM software.

Strong follow-up, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in CRM, Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.

Experience in the blinds, curtains, interiors, or building materials industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
