Job Title: Telecaller

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introducing our products/services, answering questions, and generating leads or sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude while working towards targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients using a prepared script to present information about products or services.
- Engage in active listening to understand customer needs, concerns, and objections, and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and sales leads in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets,



lead generation quotas, or sales objectives.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines meticulously to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Build rapport with customers to foster positive relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective clients when applicable.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and calling techniques.
