Job Description – Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the organisation’s financial operations, supporting strategic planning, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing accurate financial insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the organisation’s business processes, administration, and financial management activities.
- Lead financial planning and forecasting activities in collaboration with business partners to achieve organisational goals.
- Prepare accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and actual performance against approved business plans.
- Provide financial reports to management, interpret financial data, and recommend appropriate courses of action.
- Monitor financial activities and records to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organisational requirements.
- Conduct financial reviews and evaluations to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
- Investigate and recommend strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Review and process company payments and receipts accurately and promptly.




- Maintain an accurate and organised filing and record-keeping system for financial statements and company documents.
- Participate in implementing changes to policies, procedures, and systems to support business expansion, compliance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with various departments to discuss company plans and agree on future financial and operational strategies.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with auditors, solicitors, bankers, tax authorities, and other statutory organisations.
- Identify and arrange recent sources of finance for the company’s debt facilities.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute suitable funding strategies.
- Support finance partners in implementing valuation models, measuring results, monitoring performance against expectations, and recommending corrective actions.

Pay: ₹18,231.91 - ₹75,074.54 per month
