Job Title: CA Faculty

Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate CA Faculty to join our education institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom and online training to Graduate Candidates & 12th Candidates , aspirants, simplifying complex concepts, mentoring students, and helping them achieve excellent examination results.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach 12th & Graduate candidates as per expertise.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lectures using practical examples and case studies.
- Develop study materials, notes, presentations, assignments, and mock tests.
- Assess student performance through regular tests and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide and mentor students for exam preparation, revision strategies, and career planning.
- Resolve academic doubts and provide individual support when required.
- Keep course content updated according to syllabus changes.
- Maintain attendance records, academic progress, and student performance reports.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, webinars, and promotional academic events.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve teaching methods and learning outcomes.

Eligibility

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
- Semi-qualified CA or experienced faculty may also apply.
- Commerce Graduate may also apply,
- Strong knowledge of CA curriculum and accounting, taxation,



auditing, finance, or related subjects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Prior teaching or coaching experience is preferred but passionate freshers may also apply.

Skills Required

- Strong subject expertise.
- Proper knowledge of Basic Accounting & Advanced Accounting
- Proper Knowledge of ITR Return filing & GST Return Filling,
- Excellent teaching and mentoring abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching platforms.
- Student-focused and result-oriented approach.
