We are looking for a CRM Trainee to manage customer interactions and support the sales and service team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Maintain customer database and records
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Coordinate with sales and service teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Requirements:
- Any Degree
- Positive communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
