Job Title: Accountant

Location: Kannur, Kerala

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally and capable of handling day-to-day accounting, billing, GST compliance, and e-Way Bill generation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage invoices/billing using Tally.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers.
- Handle GST filing and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Generate e-Way Bills for goods dispatch.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor receivables/payables.
- Maintain purchase and sales records.
- Prepare financial reports as required.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants when necessary.
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Tally Prime/Tally ERP.
- Good knowledge of GST filing and GST regulations.




- Experience in e-Way Bill generation.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with robust Tally and GST knowledge may also apply.)

Salary: As per experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹8,559.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
