Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development projects , with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables. The candidate should possess excellent technical understanding, project management skills, and stakeholder communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of software development projects.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, DevOps, and business teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Create project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and organizational processes.
- Work closely with development teams to understand technical challenges and prioritize deliverables.
- Manage resource allocation and project documentation.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance project execution and delivery efficiency.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience managing software development projects.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) .
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
- Hands on experience with any software development using java, python, go, rust, react etc
- Understanding of best practices around system design, automation, efficiency in building software applications.
- Strong knowledge of software development processes, release management, and project planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
- Experience working with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines will be an added advantage.
