Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with strong AI knowledge and programming expertise to enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will promote key websites, build AI-powered bots, and handle end-to-end website design and development.
Word Press, React JS or Next JS and Hosting knowledge is compulsory.

6% full commission on any sales made via website (Highest in the world)

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and optimize our company websites (newoxia.com, neevn.in, fireya.co.in) through SEO, content marketing, social media campaigns, and performance analytics to drive traffic and conversions.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered bots (e.g., chatbots, automation tools) using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Dialogflow, or Rasa, integrating them seamlessly with websites.
- Handle full-stack website design and development, including UI/UX design (using tools like Figma, Adobe XD), front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue), and back-end (Node.js, Python/Django, PHP).
- Collaborate with teams to implement AI features such as recommendation engines, predictive analytics, or natural language processing on live websites.
- Maintain and update websites for security, speed, and scalability, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Conduct testing, debugging,



and performance optimization using tools like Google Analytics, Lighthouse, and AI debugging suites.
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends and web technologies to innovate and improve user experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in website development with a portfolio showcasing live projects.
- Solid AI/ML knowledge, including bot creation and integration (e.g., Python, NLP libraries).
- Proficiency in programming languages: JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS, and frameworks like React, Node.js.
- Experience promoting websites via digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO tools like SEMrush).
- Familiarity with hosting platforms (AWS, Heroku) and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., Google AI, Coursera) or web development.
- Experience with our specific sites (newoxia.com, neevn.in, fireya.co.in) is a plus.
