- Oversee day-to-day functioning of the boys’ hostel
- Maintain hostel records (attendance, leave, room allotment, visitor logs)
- Ensure compliance with hostel rules and institutional policies
- Coordinate with college administration
- Ensure safety of residents and hostel property
- Monitor entry/exit timings and visitor management
- Handle emergencies (medical, fire, security) promptly
Facilities & Maintenance
- Supervise cleanliness of rooms, washrooms, and common areas
- Report maintenance issues (electricity, plumbing, furniture)
- Ensure proper functioning of water supply and power backup
Mess & Daily Living
- Supervise hostel mess operations and food quality
- Address students’ food-related concerns
- Ensure hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Any Degree)
- Experience in hostel administration, teaching, or student management is an advantage
