Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA)

Experience:

- 3–6 years of experience
- Minimum 2 years of EdTech experience is mandatory
- Strong sales background is required

Eligibility:

- Education:
- UG: B.Tech / B.Com / BBA
- PG: M.Tech / MBA (Marketing & Sales)
- Experience in EdTech or a combination of EdTech & Non-EdTech industries

Business Development Associate (BDA)

Experience:

- 0–2 years
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
- EdTech experience is an added advantage

Eligibility:

- Education:
- UG: B.Tech / B.Com / BBA
- PG: M.Tech / MBA (Marketing & Sales)

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert leads into admissions/sales.




- Counsel prospective students on courses and career opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads through calls and virtual meetings.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Update CRM and sales reports regularly.

Required Skills

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced sales environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
