We are looking for an experienced and imaginative Social Media Manager And Content Creator to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist at BAIRAAS.

You will be responsible for developing and administering our Social Media work-plan in order to increase our online existence and enhance our marketing and sales endeavours. You will be working intimately with our departments concerning Marketing and Sales and will be responsible for being a part of relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and potential customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Shoot and create engaging Reels and videos in house.

Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.

Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

Plan, shoot and edit fashion focused content ,product reels,.styling videos, trends.

Viral reel attempts every month.





Measure the success of every social media campaign.

Handle daily Instagram stories,Pinterest,YouTube and reels posting.

Find and coordinate barter influencers.

Manage influencer collaborations End to End.

Positive aesthetic sense for fashion content.

Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.

Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

2+ Years of social media marketing Experience with fashion brands.

Knowledge of Meta Ads.

Experience including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Google,Google Communities, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and more.

Canva basic graphic design skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
