Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executives to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in the automobile industry, with strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in accounting software.
- Prepare and record journal entries, vouchers, and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Process employee reimbursements and expense claims.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and applicable accounting standards.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- M.Com, MBA (Finance),



or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role.
- Experience in the automobile industry is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience handling dealership or automobile finance operations.
- Familiarity with inventory accounting and vendor management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

20k to 25k.
