Job Title: Sales Executive – HVM (Hindi & Marathi)

Location: Thane West (Wagle Estate)
Experience: Minimum 6 Months
Salary: 18,000–20,000 In-hand + Incentives + PF
Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
Shift: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days (1 Rotational Off)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to engage with customers, promote services, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills in Hindi and Marathi with a passion for sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

- Contact prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversions.

Reporting & Coordination

- Update customer interactions and sales status in CRM.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.




- Follow company sales processes and compliance guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

- 10th or 12th Pass.

Experience

- Minimum 6 months of recent Sales experience.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Marathi.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with sales orientation.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to achieve targets in a quick-paced environment.
