Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Statements & Reporting

- Preparation and finalization of Standalone Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow, and Notes to Accounts as per Ind AS / Companies Act, 2013
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books

2. RERA Compliance

- Handle all RERA registrations, quarterly & annual compliances, project updates, and form filings for real estate projects
- Liaise with RERA authorities and ensure adherence to RERA Act, 2016

3. Direct Tax

- Computation of Income Tax, Advance Tax, TDS, and filing of ITR for Company, Directors, and related entities
- Handling scrutiny assessments, appeals, and notices from IT Department

4. GST Compliance & Audit

- Monthly/Quarterly GST returns - GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, 9C
- Reconciliation of GSTR-2B vs Books, E-invoicing, E-way Bill compliance
- Managing GST audits, department audits, and replying to GST notices

5. Tax Audit & Statutory Audit





- Conduct and finalize Tax Audit u/s 44AB and prepare Form 3CA-3CD, 3CB-3CD
- Coordinate with Statutory Auditors for smooth completion of annual audit

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI
- Experience: 5-6 years post-qualification, preferably in Real Estate / Construction industry
- ERP & Software: Hands-on experience in Farvision ERP and Tally Prime is mandatory. Must be proficient in SAP/Oracle, MS Excel, ClearTax, GST & Income Tax portals
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Income Tax Act, GST Law, RERA Act, Companies Act
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical ability, team handling, deadline-oriented

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
