Job Summary:

The Bidding Executive is responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting bids, tenders, and proposals in line with company capabilities and client requirements. The role involves coordination with internal teams, compliance with tender guidelines, cost estimation support, and timely submission of high-quality bids.

Job Location: Bengaluru

Experience Level: 1-5 Years of experience in bidding, tendering, or proposal management. Knowledge of government and PSU tending processes

Employment Type: Full time

Required Qualification:

- MBA/PGDM, Any Graduate, B.E / B.Tech

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate bid/tender opportunities through portals, emails, and other sources
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work, and compliance requirements
- Prepare complete bid documentation including technical, commercial, and supporting documents
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, finance, legal, operations) for inputs
- Ensure all bids comply with tender instructions and submission deadlines
- Manage bid timelines, approvals, and version control
- Maintain a database of tenders, submissions, results, and contracts
- Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications,



and follow-ups with clients
- Track bid outcomes and prepare post-bid analysis reports
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all bid-related information

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of bidding/tendering processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF tools
- Familiarity with e-tendering portals (GeM, CPPP, state portals, or private portals)
- Basic understanding of costing, pricing, and commercial terms (preferred)

- Number of bids submitted
- Bid success ratio
- Timely and compliant submissions
- Quality and accuracy of documentation
