- Generate leads via calling, referrals, and site visits
- Conduct client site visits and present project features
- Follow up with prospects and close sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain client relationships and after-sales support
- Update leads/status in CRM
- Coordinate with channel partners/brokers
Requirements
- Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred but not mandatory
- Solid communication and convincing skills
- Two-wheeler and valid license preferred (for site visits)
- Basic knowledge of local real estate market is a plus
Pay: ₹25,656.06 - ₹37,812.92 per month
