Overview
Wahcare is hiring an experienced Telecaller to handle outbound/inbound calls, engage prospects, and support conversions.

Key Details

- Position: Telecaller
- Experience: Minimum 1- 2 years
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers; handle inbound queries.
- Explain product/features, address objections, and qualify leads.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM.
- Follow up with leads to drive appointments or closures.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ telecalling/tele-sales/customer support experience.




- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident, patient, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Solid listening and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation

- Salary: 20,000/- to 30,000/- pm
