Candidate is responsible for scheduling work, troubleshooting problems, maintaining equipment, and enforcing safety procedures and company policies.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Manage, train, and develop production staff.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities and create shift schedules.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment.
Working Experience = 8 - 12 years
