Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue generation and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2C, direct customers, industrial clients, OEMs, and key accounts

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and business development team to deliver consistent performance

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence for IWM/BMW services

- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and after-sales support

- Manage collections and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payments

- Prepare and analyze sales reports, MIS, presentations, and forecasts using Office Suite tools

- Coordinate with project, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution and client servicing

- Represent the organization as a premium brand and uphold professional sales standards





Experience and Qualification

- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2C sales, direct-to-customer sales, industrial sales, and OEM/key account management

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently in high-ticket or solution-based sales roles

- Experience in leading and managing sales teams across territories

- Solid exposure to revenue planning, collections, and customer lifecycle management

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline

- MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Sales (preferred)

- Strong proficiency in MS Office / Office Suite, including data analysis, reporting, and presentations
