- Lead the Client Servicing function by managing key client accounts and ensuring exceptional service throughout the event lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understand their event objectives, and provide strategic event solutions.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Coordinate with Creative, Production, Operations, and Vendor teams to ensure flawless planning and execution of events within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Oversee event proposals, pitches, presentations, budgeting, and commercial negotiations to secure new business and maximize client value.
- Handle client escalations, monitor project quality, and ensure every event is delivered to the highest standards while exceeding client expectations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Client Servicing team by setting performance goals, improving processes, and fostering a high-performance, client-centric culture.
