Experience:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in full-stack web application development.
- Prior experience in technical leadership, architecture ownership, or lead developer role preferred.
- Proven expertise in delivering scalable enterprise-grade web applications and digital platforms.

Requirements:

- Lead end-to-end development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and digital platforms.
- Drive technical architecture, system design decisions, and engineering best practices across frontend, backend, and integrations.
- Perform hands-on development for frontend and backend modules using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and data access layers.
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and optimized user interfaces using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Develop backend services and business logic using technologies such as Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python.
- Collaborate closely with product, project, QA, and cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide development teams through code reviews, technical direction, and engineering standards.
- Ensure application scalability, performance optimization, security compliance, and system reliability.
- Drive best practices in coding standards, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies,



and release management.
- Manage production support activities including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, bug resolution, and continuous system improvements.
- Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL for schema design, optimization, and data management.
- Support cloud-native deployments and infrastructure integration across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Exposure to GIS, spatial data, or geospatial technologies will be considered an added advantage.
- Maintain technical documentation, architecture standards, and development workflows.
- Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and enterprise collaboration tools.

- Timely delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality web applications.
- Code quality metrics including maintainability, low defect density, and adherence to engineering standards.
- Application and infrastructure performance benchmarks including response time, scalability, and uptime.
- Reduction in production issues and improvement in issue resolution turnaround time.
- Effectiveness of CI/CD pipelines measured through deployment frequency,



deployment success rate, and rollback efficiency.
- Team productivity, technical capability enhancement, and mentorship effectiveness.
- Successful implementation of secure, reliable, and compliant web solutions.
- Continuous improvement in application architecture, performance optimization, and development workflows.

Skills & Competencies:

- Solid expertise in full-stack web application development across frontend and backend technologies.
- Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar technologies.
- Backend development expertise using Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, Python, or equivalent technologies.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience with relational databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of system design, scalability, security principles, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, automated deployment strategies, and containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exposure to GIS, geospatial platforms, or spatial data systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership capabilities to mentor developers and drive technical excellence across teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
