Job Description:

The TGT English teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in English language arts to middle school students (grades 6-8 or 6-10), fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, and supporting students' overall development.

Key Responsibilities:

- 1. *Lesson Planning and Preparation*: Developing detailed lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- 2. *Instruction and Delivery*: Teaching English language arts to students, including reading, writing, grammar, and literature.
- 3. *Assessment and Evaluation*: Designing and administering assessments to measure student progress, grading assignments, and providing feedback.
- 4.



*Classroom Management*: Creating and maintaining a conducive learning workplace by managing classroom behavior and promoting positive interactions.
- 5. *Differentiation*: Adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
- 6. *Professional Development*: Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education.
- 7. *Collaboration*: Working with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student learning and development.
- 8. *Use of Technology*: Integrating technology into lessons to enhance learning and engagement.
- 9. *Student Support*: Providing extra help and support to students who need it, both academically and emotionally.
- 10. *Administrative Duties*: Completing necessary administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, reporting, and attending meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
