Overview

We are looking for a SAP C4C Techno-Functional Consultant with 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales Cloud/Service Cloud implementation and support. The consultant will be responsible for configuring C4C business processes, building PDI extensions, developing custom integrations using CPI, and ensuring smooth end-to-end business operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesSAP C4C Functional Responsibilities

- Work with business users to gather, understand, and analyze requirements for Sales/Service business processes.
- Configure SAP C4C components including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts & Contacts, Sales Quotes, Activities, Visits, Tickets / Service Requests, Workflows, Notifications, Approval Processes, Mashups, Custom BOs, KUT fields & page layouts.
- Set up organizational units, employee work distribution, and territory management.
- Build analytical reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Support master & transactional data migration using Data Workbench/CSV templates.

SAP C4C Technical / PDI Responsibilities

- Develop custom logic using ABSL scripting in PDI.
- Create custom BOs, extension fields, and extension scenarios.




- Build UI enhancements, validations, data consistency checks, and event-based triggers.
- Work with OData and SOAP web services for inbound/outbound communication.
- Debug C4C logs, web service monitors, and message dashboard.

CPI Integration Responsibilities (Added Advantage)

- Design and build integration flows (iFlows) in SAP CPI.
- Configure sender/receiver adapters (SOAP, OData, HTTPS, SFTP, IDoc, RFC).
- Implement mapping logic (XML-to-XML, custom functions, groovy scripts).
- Manage error handling, message monitoring, and retry mechanisms.
- Understand standard SAP integration packages for C4C.

Service Cloud

Experience in Service Ticket lifecycle management. Knowledge of SLAs, Response Profiles, Service Categories, and Entitlements. Configure Service Levels, Work Distribution, and Routing Rules. Integration of Service Cloud with CTI, Knowledge Base, and FSM (optional).

Pay: ₹427,508.25 - ₹1,694,695.05 per year
