Aliyan MK Cleantech Solutions (ACTS) is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Planning cum Site Engineer to manage Cleanroom, PUF Panel, and HVAC projects from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of HVAC and Cleanroom projects.
- Site supervision for installation of PUF panels, cleanroom partitions, ceilings, doors, and HVAC systems.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare project schedules, material requirements, DPRs, and progress reports.
- Monitor manpower deployment and ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct site measurements and verify work quantities.
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Handle project documentation, billing support, and work completion records.
- Coordinate procurement and material dispatch as per project requirements.
- Attend client meetings and resolve site execution issues.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in Cleanroom, HVAC, Pharma, Biotechnology, Healthcare, Semiconductor, or Industrial Projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project,



and project planning tools.
- Understanding of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, insulation, and cleanroom construction.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and stay at project sites when required.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and Cleanroom standards.
- Experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare facility projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
