Role description

The Salesforce Agentforce Technical Lead will lead the design and implementation of AIpowered agents and intelligent automation using Salesforce Agentforce Einstein AI Data Cloud and the Salesforce Platform This role combines Salesforce technical leadership with applied AILLM orchestration agent workflows integrations and enterpriseready governance

The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce development experience and has worked on Agentforce Einstein botsAI Flows Apex and APIdriven architectures delivering intelligent scalable digital labor solutions

Key Responsibilities

Agentforce AI Solution Leadership

Act as technical lead and SME for Salesforce Agentforce implementations

Design AI Agent architectures integrating Agentforce with Salesforce Clouds Service Sales Industries FSL

Lead agent use cases such as

Customer service AI agents

Case summarization resolution

Guided agent workflows

Autonomous task execution using CRM data

Define LLM orchestration patterns prompts guardrails and fallback mechanisms

Salesforce Platform Development

Lead handson development using

Apex Triggers Batch Queueable Platform Events

Lightning Web Components LWC

Salesforce Flows Screen Recordtriggered AutoLaunched

Extend Agentforce agents using

Apex actions

Flow actions

External services

Ensure performant governorlimitsafe AI automation

Data Cloud AI Context Enablement

Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to

Enable unified customer context for AI agents

Use realtime and harmonized data for decisionmaking

Design data models and ingestion patterns for agent context awareness

Ensure data privacy masking and AIreadiness compliance

Integrations Orchestration

Design integrations between Agentforce and

External APIs enterprise systems and knowledge sources

Middleware platforms MuleSoft preferred





Implement eventdriven and APIled integration patterns

Enable secure agent actions across systems of record

Governance Security Compliance

Define AI governance frameworks including

Prompt management

Auditability and agent logging

Humanintheloop controls

Ensure compliance with Salesforce Shield security policies and data access rules

Collaborate on Responsible AI practices and rollout standards

Delivery Team Leadership

Lead technical teams perform design and code reviews

Partner with Product Owners Architects and AI stakeholders

Support estimation sprint planning UAT golive and hypercare

Mentor developers on Agentforce AI patterns and best practices

Required Skills Qualifications

Core Salesforce Skills

8 years of Salesforce platform experience

Strong expertise in

Apex LWC SOQL

Salesforce Flow automation frameworks

Security model sharing and performance tuning

Agentforce AI Experience

Handson experience with Salesforce Agentforce

Experience working with

Einstein AI features

Promptbased workflows and AI actions

Agent triggers and decision flows

Understanding of LLMs AI agents and conversational workflows

Architecture Integration

Proven experience designing scalable Salesforce architectures

Strong API and integration knowledge REST Platform Events

Experience with MuleSoft or other iPaaS platforms

Integration Architecture Designer

Experience with
