About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Ecommerce Growth Manager to take complete ownership of our ecommerce business and drive the next phase of growth. This is a leadership role for someone who can think strategically, execute relentlessly, and ensure every part of the ecommerce operation runs efficiently.

The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between the Founder and the ecommerce team, translating business goals into clear execution plans while driving accountability across functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the overall ecommerce business across marketplaces, quick commerce, D2C, and emerging channels.
- Work directly with the Founder to define growth priorities, revenue targets, and expansion strategies.
- Lead and coordinate cross functional teams including marketplace operations, performance marketing, design, content, cataloguing, customer support, inventory, and dispatch.
- Ensure timely execution of projects and hold teams accountable for deadlines and performance.
- Analyze sales, profitability, advertising performance, inventory health, and customer trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop pricing, promotional, and assortment strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining profitability.
- Build and improve systems, SOPs, dashboards, and reporting processes to increase operational efficiency.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, product launches, and expansion initiatives.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop team members while creating a high performance culture.

Requirements

- 5 to 10+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace management, or ecommerce growth.
- Proven experience scaling brands across multiple ecommerce channels.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.




- Highly analytical with strong business acumen and commercial decision making ability.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial setting where ownership is expected.

Compensation

Competitive salary with performance based incentives and significant opportunities for career growth.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
