About the Role

We're looking for a creative and performance-driven Solution Strategist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing and creating scroll-stopping, high-converting UGC (User-Generated Content) ads that drive measurable business results.

You'll work closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to develop ad concepts, write compelling scripts, identify the right creators, and direct shoots from ideation to execution. This is an exciting opportunity to work on our in-house jewelry e-commerce brand as well as multiple reputed D2C brands across industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Brainstorm and develop innovative UGC ad concepts based on brand goals, customer insights, and market trends.
- Write engaging scripts and creative briefs for video advertisements.
- Research competitors, winning creatives, and consumer behavior to identify high-performing ad angles.
- Source and cast suitable creators and influencers for UGC campaigns.
- Direct and oversee shoots to ensure creative quality and alignment with performance objectives.
- Collaborate with performance marketing and creative teams to continuously improve ad performance.
- Analyze campaign results and incorporate learnings into future creative strategies.




- Stay updated with emerging social media trends, content formats, and advertising best practices.

Requirements

- 0–3+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, content creation, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Meta, Instagram, and short-form video advertising.
- Excellent storytelling, scripting, and communication skills.
- Ability to identify consumer pain points and convert them into compelling ad narratives.
- Experience working with UGC creators, influencers, or production teams is a plus.
- Highly creative, proactive, and data-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
