Experience: 10 - 12 Years

Technical Skills

- 5+ years of Data Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience managing small team of Data Engineers, Data Scientists & ML/AI engineers.
- Track record of delivering and productionizing end-to-end data projects at enterprise scale.
- Ability to efficiently write and guide team on data pre-processing and ETL pipelines with consistency, veracity, and reproducibility.
- Hands-on experience of application development using VS 2022, .NET 3.1 & above, ASP.Net, C#, Web services, Web API, SQL Server 2016 & above.
- Good computer science fundaments in data structures, algorithms, automated testing, object-oriented programming, performance complexity, and implications of computer architecture on software performance.
- Experienced in developing and deploying cloud-native applications, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Any Source Control configuration among TFS, GIT, SVN, Continuous Integration, Logging Frameworks.

- Experienced in Data Science projects (Risk Modeling, Predictive/Econometric Modeling, Recommender systems,



and Forecasting).
- Experience in Deploying LLMs to production environments and monitor their performance for accuracy, fairness, and efficiency.
- Experience of working with Deep Learning libraries such as Tensorflow / PyTorch.
- Programming/scripting language proficiency (Implementation experience in SQL, Python, PySpark, Databricks, Azure).
- Experience with Unit Testing Framework & developer tools like FxCop, Firebug, and ReSharper.
- Experience in other DBs like MongoDB, My SQL, and Postgres.

Educational Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, BCA, MCA.
