Position: Inside Sales Executive – Retail Showroom

About the Company

We are a growing organization in the Interior Design and Home Décor industry, specializing in premium ceramic and architectural products. We are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals for our Retail Showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend walk-in customers at the showroom professionally
- Understand customer requirements and explain products/services effectively
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and sales enquiries
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and retail customers
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support showroom sales activities and achieve monthly targets
- Update customer records and daily sales reports in CRM/MIS
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and delivery updates

Required Skills





- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Strong presentation, convincing, and negotiation skills
- Customer handling and showroom sales experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and email communication
- Professional appearance and positive attitude

Eligibility

- Graduate/MBA preferred
- Experience in Retail Sales, Inside Sales, Showroom Sales, Customer Support, or Sales Coordination preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
