Profile: Export Back Office Exe-Textile-Surat-40k

Experience:

- 5 years in Export Operations / Export Back Office

- Experience in Textile Manufacturing / Export company preferred

Salary Range: 30k to 40k

Roles:

Export Documentation & Paperwork

- Handle complete export documentation cycle from order confirmation to shipment closure

- Prepare Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill (EDI), Bill of Lading / Airway Bill

- Prepare Certificate of Origin (Preferential & Non-Preferential)

- Ensure accuracy in LC & Non-LC documentation

- Maintain proper export records and statutory registers

LC & Banking Coordination

- Check and verify Letter of Credit terms

- Coordinate with banks for document submission & negotiation

- Track export bill realisation and follow up for discrepancies

CHA, Agent & Logistics Coordination





- Regular follow-up with CHA for customs clearance

- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines & transporters

- Arrange transportation and container planning

- Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely dispatch

Export Compliance & Incentives

- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, RBI, FEMA guidelines

- Handle export incentives like RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, etc.

- Maintain audit-ready documentation

Internal & External Coordination

- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Sales & Accounts team

- Communicate with overseas buyers for shipment & documentation updates

- Prepare MIS reports - shipment status, pending realisation, incentive tracking
