Job Summary

As an AI Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will recruit for both IT and Non-IT positions across the United States. You will leverage AI tools, advanced sourcing techniques, and your recruiting expertise to identify, screen, and submit high-quality candidates for direct clients, MSPs, and VMS programs.

We're looking for professionals who think like talent consultants—not resume submitters.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit for IT and Non-IT positions across the US.
- Analyze job descriptions and create sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates using:

o Dice

o LinkedIn Recruiter

o Indeed

o Monster

o Google X-Ray Search

o Boolean Search

o AI-powered sourcing techniques

- Conduct phone and video screening interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on:

o Technical skills

o Communication

o Experience

o Cultural fit

o Compensation expectations

o Availability

o Work authorization

- Build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Negotiate offers and maintain candidate engagement.




- Submit well-qualified candidates within agreed timelines.
- Maintain recruiting metrics and documentation.

Required Qualifications

- 2–8 years of US Staffing experience.
- Experience recruiting for IT, Non-IT, or both.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for recruiting.

Pay: ₹11,230.70 - ₹42,419.29 per month
