Job Description: Performance Marketing Specialist (2–4 Years Experience)

About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance tracking tools, with proven experience in handling B2B campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Build and scale B2B lead generation campaigns
- Conduct keyword research using Keyword Planner
- Set up and manage tracking via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, and ROAS
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights
- Manage budgets and scale high-performing campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads,



Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Keyword Planner
- Experience with B2B campaigns is mandatory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns independently
- Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in scaling campaigns
- Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models
- Relevant certifications (Google Ads/Analytics) Evaluation Criteria
- Past campaign performance (CPL, CPA, ROAS)
- Case studies demonstrating campaign scaling

Pay: ₹30,767.24 - ₹60,398.00 per month
