Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Officer to join our team. As an Area Sales Officer, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets in your assigned area, developing new business, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet and exceed sales targets set for the assigned area
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and communicate their benefits to potential customers
- Actively seek out new business opportunities and customers within the assigned area
- Appoint and develop current dealers within the assigned area
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing customers
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the assigned area
- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business growth
- Collaborate with other members to ensure that customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved
- Site Visits





Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the steel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
